Offense

QB Isaiah Navarrete, McMurry
The junior was 20-for-32 passing for 306 yards and three touchdowns, running six times for 60 more yards and another score in his first career start.

OT Bryan Larned, OG Michael Bradford, C Johnny Killough, OG Ryan Harris, OT Robert Forrest; Mary Hardin-Baylor
The Crusaders set a school record with 432 yards rushing in a 34-17 win against Belhaven and controlled the ball for 41:08 of the game. The line did not allow a sack after only allowing 13 sacks all of last season.

RB Roger Snyder, Washington & Jefferson
In his first career start, Snyder exploded for a school-record 307 yards on 24 carries and scored three touchdowns on runs of 67, 83 and 90 yards as the Presidents topped Allegheny 54-41.

RB Aaron Binger, Pacific Lutheran
The freshman carried only eight times but gained 171 yards, including touchdown runs of 30 and 55 yards, as the defending champs rolled to a 49-7 win against California Lutheran. He also caught five passes for 50 yards. 

RB Marvin Langley, Western New England
Langley had a career-high 237 yards rushing on 36 carries. He finished with 309 all-purpose yards after catching two passes for 72 yards, including a career best 62-yarder.

TE Jeff Pedersen, Grinnell
Pedersen caught eight passes for 103 yards and a touchdown in a 33-23 loss to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.

WR Jeremy Amos, Wheaton
The senior set career highs of 12 receptions and 173 yards with a touchdown in a 17-9 win against St. Xavier.

Defense

DL Rob Gould, Hobart
Gould notched 14 total tackles, 10 solo, with four tackles for loss, three of them sacks, in a 28-13 win against Dickinson. The senior also broke up a pass and forced and recovered a fumble.

DL B.J. Hammer, Wabash
Hammer had five solo tackles, seven total, in a 38-7 win against Manchester. He also recovered a fumble and returned it 64 yards for a touchdown.

DL Michael Gardiner, Benedictine
Gardiner had 2½ sacks for a loss of 20 yards, 9 solo tackles, 9 assisted, and one tackle for a loss of 11 yards. The senior, in his second year of college football, also caused a fumble and blocked an extra-point attempt.

DL Kris Helphinstine, Pacific Lutheran
The junior made eight stops, four solo, with two tackles for loss of 11 yards and a 6-yard sack. He also returned a fumble 79 yards for a touchdown.

LB Dan Philips, Chicago
The D3football.com All-American linebacker recorded 10 tackles, seven solo, broke up two passes and recorded a sack. Then, on offense, he ran for two touchdowns. On special teams, the senior blocked an extra-point attempt and a punt. 

LB Brad Lohr, Ohio Northern
Lohr had a career-high 23 tackles (16 solo) in ONU's 52-31 loss at Division I-AA Dayton.

LB Tim Booth, Hobart
Booth only had three tackles, but he also picked off three Dickinson passes in a 28-13 win.

LB Brian Valenzuela, McMurry
The senior notched nine tackles and three sacks for loss of nine yards in the win against William Jewell.

DB Mike Pelletier, Plymouth State
Pelletier recorded his first two interceptions of the season against RPI. He also shared the team lead in tackles with 11, including seven unassisted stops. The junior safety led a Panther defense that limited the Engineers passing game to 64 yards.

DB Ron Amato, Ithaca
Amato had only four solo tackles out of 14 total, but had four for losses, a pass breakup and two interceptions.

DB Sean Graf, Lycoming
Graf had three tackles, two interceptions (one for a touchdown), and a punt return for a touchdown in Lycoming's 21-7 win against Juniata.

Special teams

P Vince Scheffler, Hope
The sophomore punted 11 times for a 42.7-yard average in a 20-7 loss to Division I-AA Valparaiso.

K Jay Miller, Massachusetts Maritime
Miller hit field goals of 32, 40 and 40 yards, and two extra points in a 23-7 win against MIT.

RET Walter Froelich, Hiram
Froelich totaled 230 all-purpose yards versus Bluffton (76 yards rushing). His 80-yard punt return for a touchdown is the second-longest in school history.
