Offense

 

QB Corey Creeger, Sr., Maine Maritime

Creeger led Maine Maritime Academy's offense in a 34-25 loss to Massachusetts Maritime on Saturday, with 209 rushing yards on 41 carries and three touchdowns and 160 passing yards on 12 attempts. Creeger's 369 yards of total offense set a Maine Maritime Academy single-game record for most yards of total offense.

OL Micah Holloway, Jack Koch, Alex Helm, Stephen Van Hoesen, John Deveney, Hobart

Hobart recorded a season-high 517 yards of offense in a 56-30 win over Shenandoah. The Statesmen rushed for a season-high 368 yards, including 310 in the second half. The Statesmen averaged 6.6 yards per rush. Hobart's leading rusher, Joe Letizia, had more rushing yards (162) against SU than the Statesmen produced as a team in either of their first two games.

RB Caleb Reinhart
Jr., Alma

Reinhart ran for a school-record 241 yards, the highest total of any back in Week 3, and scored four touchdowns, three on the ground. Two of those were on 61- and 56-yard runs, the two longest runs of his career. Alma beat Benedicine 45-40.

RB Justin Morrison
So., Brockport

Morrison was a workhorse in a 38-7 victory over St. John Fisher, racking up 227 yards on 22 attempts, 10.3 yards per carry. He scored three times, including 35- and 42-yard TD runs. He put an exclamation point on his night in the third quarter when he made a highlight worthy run, hurdling multiple St. John Fisher defenders before bulldozing his way to a first down.

WR Jesse Zubik
Sr., Washington & Jefferson

Zubik recorded the first 300-yard receiving game in Division III since 2015 when he recorded 322 yards on 11 receptions in a 37-29 win over Thomas More. Zubik's yardage was the most in the NCAA this season, among all divisions. He scored six touchdowns.

WR DJ Oceant-Kelly
Sr., St. Vincent

Racking up an incredible 44 yards per reception, Oceant-Kelley caught four passes for 176 yards and two touchdowns as the Bearcats defeated Geneva 31-27. Each of his TDs, of 64 and 73 yards, gave St. Vincent the lead in a back-and-forth game.

TE Matt Brachmann
Jr., Elmhurst

Brachmann hauled in two TD passes, including the game-winning score with just over two minutes left, to help lead Elmhurst past North Park 23-20. Brachman led Elmhurst with six catches for 66 yards. He caught an 18-yard touchdown pass to start the scoring and grabbed an 8-yard TD late in the fourth quarter for the game's final score.

Defense

DE Stefon Woodruff
Fr., Wesley

Woodruff made four tackles during Wesley's 33-0 shutout victory vs. TCNJ. All four of his stops were sacks, including a strip sack that led to an Isaiah Ingram fumble recovery early in the fourth quarter.

DT Ian Henderson
Jr., Case Western Reserve

Henderson forced two fumbles to go along with eight tackles in a 42-10 vs. Grove City. Henderson posted a sack and one and a half tackles for loss for the Spartans.

DT John Eckroth
Sr., Heidelberg

Eckroth, a reserve who rotates in for the Student Princes, had two sacks for a loss of 17 yards and blocked a field goal to go along with five tackles, four solo.

DE Harry Henschler
Jr., UW-Whitewater

Henschler registered a career-best three sacks and totaled four tackles to help the Warhawks to a 40-21 triumph at Wash U. He forced the Bears into a third-and-18 in the first quarter after a sack for a 5-yard loss. Henschler collected his third sack of the day on third-and-long midway through the third quarter.

 

LB Tyler Hudson
Jr., Hamilton

Hudson was credited with 19 tackles, including 1.5 for losses in an overtime loss to Tufts. Hudson, who had 14 solo stops, added half a sack and a fumble recovery.

LB Jackson Lewis
Jr., Willamette

Lewis led the Bearcats with 14 tackles, including two sacks (loss of 13 yards) and three tackles for loss against Cal Lutheran. He also recovered a fumble on a dropped punt to set up Willamette's first touchdown three plays later. He and the Bearcat rushing defense limited California Lutheran to 2.6 yards per carry.

LB Andrew Busby
Sr., Centre

Busby finished with 14 total tackles, including 11 solo stops. He also forced a pair of Hendrix fumbles and finished with three tackles for a loss in a 52-42 win vs. Hendrix. Busby added half a sack as well as three quarterback hurries.

 

CB John Adams III
Fr., Olivet

Adams had only four tackles, but two were for loss, plus he returned an interception 50 yards for a touchdown to start the scoring for Olivet. After Aurora had scored 21 straight points to make the score 23-21, Adams returned the ensuing kickoff 99 yards for a touchdown.

S John Kirby
Jr., Rose-Hulman

Kirby had 14 solo tackles and a 50-yard interception return that set up a 7-yard touchdown pass on the next play, helping Rose-Hulman earn a 38-28 win over Hanover. He also broke up two passes.

S Jean Cherilus
Sr., St. Vincent

Cherilus forced three fumbles and recorded six tackles in a 31-27 road victory at Geneva. He also had two tackles for loss, including a sack for a loss of 8 yards.

CB Isaiah Snead
Jr., Catholic

Snead, younger brother of New Orleans receiver Willie Snead, erased two would-be RMC touchdowns as he intercepted one in the end zone and knocked the ball out of the hands of another potential touchdown catch for the Yellow Jackets in a 25-20 CUA win. He finished his day with two picks, two additional pass breakups and three tackles.

Special teams

K Cameron Cook, Sr.
Adrian

Cook set a school record for most points by a kicker in a 62-7 win over Rockford. He scored 14 while being perfect in both extra-points (8-for-8) and field goals (2-for-2). His field goals were good from 22 and 45 yards.

P Tyler Kohman, Sr.
Carnegie Mellon

Kohman played a huge factor in field position in the Tartans 30-20 win at Waynesburg. Kohman recorded five punts for an average of 45.8 yards per punt (42.6 net) while placing two inside the Yellow Jackets' 20-yard line. Two of the senior's punts were over 50 yards with a long of 56.

RET Preston Addo, Sr.
Stevenson

Addo had his second career punt return touchdown, and second in program history, returning a punt 83 yards against FDU-Florham. (He also had a pair of touchdown receptions of 67 and 80 yards.)

ST Bryce Johnson, Jr.
Lewis & Clark

Johnson forced a fumble by Pomona-Pitzer kick returner David Berkinsky with 1:10 left in the third quarter, which set up Lewis & Clark's fifth touchdown drive, putting the Pios up by 16 with 14:17 remaining. The Pioneers snapped a 33-game losing streak.
