Offense

QB Adam Buckley, Knox
The junior was 28-for-43 for 418 yards and three touchdowns in leading Knox to a 28-13 win against Lake Forest.

OL Greg Williams, Pat Fortin, E.C. Stumpf, Mike Visconti, Justin Forrester, Union
The line helped the team rush for 293 yards, more than twice its average in a 52-0 win against Rochester.

RB Will Schober, Wooster
Schober led the Scots to a 31-27 victory against Case Western Reserve with a career rushing day. The senior ran the ball 31 times for a career-best 206 yards, for an average of 6.6 yards per carry, and one touchdown. It was the seventh-highest rushing total for a single game in school history.

RB Ron Lewis, Montclair State
The senior ran only 14 times but averaged 13 yards per carry for a total of 182 yards and two touchdowns in a 38-17 win against New Jersey City U.

TE Bryan Meier, Greenville
Meier caught five balls for 120 yards and two touchdowns in a 40-31 win against Concordia (Wis.).

WR David McKenzie, Franklin & Marshall
McKenzie caught seven passes for a career-high 225 yards and a touchdown. Five of the senior's catches were of 35 yards or longer.

WR Rory Peacock, McMurry
The junior caught seven passes for 162 yards and two touchdowns in a 41-31 win against Howard Payne. His second came with 1:43 left on an acrobatic catch -- he broke two tackles for a 52-yard touchdown.

Defense

DL William Linke, Massachusetts Maritime
The sophomore had 12 total tackles (eight solo) in a 22-20 win against Framingham State. He added three tackles for loss of nine yards and had 3½ sacks for minus-22 yards.

DL Jon Roman, FDU-Madison
The senior spearheaded a second-half defensive effort that held King's college to 233 total yards, and only four second-half first downs as FDU-Madison defeated King's 26-20. This marks the first five-win season for the Devils since 1995.

DL Harold Brooks, Howard Payne
The junior lived in the McMurry backfield, with eight total tackles, five for loss and three sacks. Also caused and recovered a fumble.

DL Ike Reid, Ohio Wesleyan
Reid had two sacks and two tackles for loss in Ohio Wesleyan's 47-0 win over Oberlin. Ike led a defense that held Oberlin to an NCAC conference record minus-70 yards of rushing and 83 total yards.

LB Len Luedtke, UW-Stevens Point
The senior led the way with 14 tackles and had two key second-half sacks to spark a Pointers' rally that clinched the team's first back-to-back conference championship since 1934. UWSP trailed 17-7 at halftime, but held UW-Eau Claire to 44 rushing yards in second half for 31-30 victory. Luedtke also caused a fumble that led to the Pointers' lone first half touchdown.

LB Jim Bird, Mary Hardin-Baylor
Bird notched 10 total tackles, one for loss, and punted six times for 273 yards, including a 72-yarder.

LB Matt Vittengl, RPI
The senior had nine solo tackles, four for loss of 12 yards, in the undefeated Engineers' 32-7 win against St. Lawrence.

DB Adrian Stewart, Millikin
The junior returned two interceptions for touchdowns in Millikin's 42-20 victory against Illinois Wesleyan. He had a 69-yard return in the third quarter and 42 yards in the fourth quarter. Stewart also returned a blocked extra-point attempt for two points in the first quarter. He added four total tackles in the game.

DB Ryan Magruder, Knox
The freshman registered only two total tackles, but picked off three passes and downed two punts inside the 5-yard line in a 28-13 win against Lake Forest.

DB Erik Hammar, Muhlenberg
The sophomore free safety had 27 total tackles (16 solo) and two pass breakups in a 31-24 overtime loss to Grove City.

DB Jeremy Presar, Ohio Northern
Presar tied a school record with three interceptions in ONU's 36-23 win against John Carroll. The junior also had seven tackles and a pass breakup on the day. He leads the Ohio Athletic Conference with eight picks.

Special teams

RET Brian Holm, Tufts
The junior returned a kickoff 75 yards for a touchdown, blocked a punt to set up another touchdown and broke up a two-point conversion pass in a 27-26 win against Colby.

P Steve Vagedes, Ohio Northern
Vagedes, the nation's leading punter (45.3 avg.) punted four times for a 42.5-yard average while also returning two punts for 27 yards.
