Offense

QB Derek McGee, Catholic
McGee was 17-for-21 passing for 332 yards and four touchdowns in a 49-21 defeat of Methodist. The sophomore threw four touchdowns for the third time in four weeks and did not have a pass intercepted. His 81.0% single-game completion rate is the highest in school history.

OL Brice Mason, Jamie Matt, Chris Caputo, Jason Kepler, Nate Doyle, Brian Moran (TE), RPI
Union entered the game with the No. 1 rushing defense in the nation (20 yds against per game), third in total defense (156.4 yds per game), fourth in turnover margin (2.60), seventh in pass efficiency defense (69.4) and eighth in scoring defense (8.2). The offensive line the Rensselaer offense to 152 yards rushing, 284 yards of total offense in a 16-7 victory.

RB Tyson Goings, Bluffton
The junior averaged 9.7 yards per carry and scored four touchdowns in a 48-17 win against Anderson. Goings carried 21 times for 204 yards and three touchdowns and caught three passes for 27 yards and a touchdown.

RB Eric Hamilton, Concordia (Wis.)
The sophomore ran 13 times for 170 yards and caught a 77-yard touchdown pass in a 45-3 win against Benedictine.

WR Dorian Glover, Wilmington
Despite a hand injury, the senior caught eight balls for 159 yards in a 30-15 loss to Hanover.

WR Michael Becker, Randolph-Macon
The junior hauled in a game-high 12 catches for 165 yards and a touchdown. His 12 receptions is just one shy of his own school record of 13 which he set last year against Chowan. Becker also racked up 72 yards in returns (65 on kickoffs and seven on punts) for 237 all-purpose yards in the 36-23 win against Emory & Henry.

WR Scott Pingel, Westminster (Mo.)
The record-holding receiver caught 12 passes for 144 yards and four touchdowns in a 63-9 shellacking of Blackburn.

Defense

DL Cameron Coleman, Lycoming
Coleman notched 11 tackles, two for loss and added two and a half more sacks in Lycoming's 20-15 win against Wilkes. The senior also recovered a fumble.

DL Eddie Hicks, McMurry
The sophomore set a career high with 10 tackles and caused three fumbles, one of which was returned 40 yards by teammate for a McMurry touchdown. Added two tackles for loss.

DL John Seel, Buena Vista
The senior recorded 12 tackles (seven solo), broke up a pass and had two and a half sacks in a 20-3 win against Simpson.

DL Rick Palumbo, RPI
Making his first start of the season, the senior had three sacks, two quarterback pressures and 11 tackles (eight solo) in a 16-7 win against Union.

LB John Gavlick, Rowan
The senior outside linebacker made 10 tackles in a 30-9 win at Cortland State. Gavlick recorded four quarterback sacks and had five tackles for a loss. He also gave the Profs a lead it would never relinquish with a 21-yard interception return for a TD in the second quarter.

LB Seth Duerr, Wooster
Senior linebacker Seth Duerr led the Wooster defense with 17 total tackles, including 12 solo stops, and five tackles for losses in the Scots' 46-6 win against Earlham. Duerr also recorded one of the team's seven sacks on the afternoon. As a team, Wooster held the Quakers to zero net yards rushing on 28 carries.

LB Todd Lipp, Lebanon Valley
Lipp led all defenders with 16 total tackles. Fifteen of Lipp's tackles were solo and four were for loss (minus-12 yards). Lipp also had one pass breakup in the 21-7 loss to Albright.

DB Josh Hulett, Rose-Hulman
The senior had nine tackles, one interception, one pass breakup and blocked a field goal in Rose-Hulman's 35-28 loss to Millsaps. Josh moved to cornerback this season after starting for three seasons in the offensive backfield.

DB Mike Fowler, Ohio Wesleyan
A repeat honoree, Fowler returned two interceptions for touchdowns totalling 43 yards as the Battling Bishops beat Defiance 36-15. Fowler led the Bishops with 14 tackles, picked off two passes and broke up two others.

DB Michael Turner, Chicago
The senior intercepted two passes, tying the season (six) and career (10) interceptions records in a 13-10 loss to Carnegie Mellon. Had 12 tackles, three for loss, and a pass broken up.

DB Mike Burke, Muhlenberg
Burke's 11 total tackles helped the Mules to a 42-18 win against Johns Hopkins. He also broke up two passes and intercepted one, setting up a Muhlenberg touchdown.

Special teams

K/P Pat Dunne, Lake Forest
Dunne had six punts for 259 yards (43.2 yards/punt), including a long of 62 yards, and helped limit Lawrence to minus-5 punt return yards on the afternoon. His punts Dunne pinned Lawrence inside their 20-yard line twice. He also was perfect on eight extra-point attempts in a 56-32 win against Lawrence.

RET Navorus Pullings, Mary Hardin-Baylor
Pullings returned five kicks for 168 yards and a touchdown, the first return for a touchdown in the program's history.
